FREE MEDICAL CAMP - 2009

Thanks to the grace of God, at five
locations in all the three states of Gujarat, Rajasthan and
Madhya Pradesh, Shalom free medical camps took place in a grand
way. They are tabulated as follows:-

These medical camps were conducted by an
efficient team of doctors – Dr.Abel Rajarathnam who led the
team, Dr.Jolly Abel Rajaratnam and Dr.Inba (RUHSA, Vellore).
They joined hands with sis.Shanthi Jeevan and Sis.Jeba Temia
and they did an exemplary service. Bro.Sunil (Lab Technician)
and Bro.Pitchai came from C.B.N. Organisation performed
excellent service by diagnosing diseases accurately and
distributing medicines respectively to the economically
downtrodden people. Specially, all the diseased were provided
with free medicines and medical aids by CBN Organisation,
Hyderabad. We praise the Lord for Bro.Sunil who was in charge
of all those things. Moreover, our Shalom mission-field staff
and those who were in charge of trainee evangelists, were
helpful in doing translation services. Particularly,
Sis.Vahitha Devadass and Bro.Jeyaraj took charge of everything
and guided the proceedings with prayer superbly. Everybody
praised the Lord for this medical camp through which 2013
patients were provided with medical check-up, quality treatment
and valuable medical service. All and one praised the Lord for
Shalom ministries that He has given us.
By the by, a special treatment given to a
boy, named Govind, is worth- mentioning here. He comes from the
village of Khalagaith in M.P. He had a stone of the size of 2.5
cm in his kidney, due to which he suffered a lot. He came from
a poor family and his parents could not afford to provide him
with a costly treatment to the tune of Rs.25,000/-. He was
operated upon by our camp doctors successfully and the follow-up
care was done by the CBN people. Everybody in the family
praised the Lord for the healing. The Lord blessed the travels
of all the children of God who conducted the camp. We praise
the Lord for the diagnosis, medical checkup, treatment and
medicines given. We express our warm greetings and thanks in the
name of our Lord to all those who have done a yeoman service
to the suppressed people
